近日，万豪国际集团正式宣布任命赵时炯先生为长沙建鸿达JW万豪酒店总经理，自2025年10月29日起，他将全面主持酒店整体运营与管理工作，引领团队开启发展新篇章。

赵时炯先生来自韩国首尔，自2008年于首尔君悦酒店开启职业生涯后，凭借专业能力稳步深耕高端酒店领域。2013年，他以苏州区域销售总监身份加入万豪国际集团，此后历任西安万豪行政公寓酒店经理（直接负责人）等重要管理职务，积累了丰富的运营管理经验。

在担任中山艾美酒店、珠海万丽酒店总经理期间，赵时炯先生展现出卓越的领导实力——不仅精准把控酒店运营品质，更推动品牌影响力提升，成功带领酒店斩获“2023-2024年大中华区最佳品牌激活奖”。在履新长沙前，他还成功参与越南北宁万豪酒店开业筹备，进一步印证了其在酒店筹备和管理上的出色能力。

工作之外，赵时炯先生热衷耐力挑战，近期更是完成了全程马拉松260公里自行车骑行，展现出坚韧进取的个人特质。

Recently, Marriott International officially announced the appointment of Mr. Josh Cho as the General Manager of JW Marriott Hotel Changsha. Starting from October 29, 2025, he will be fully responsible for the overall operation and management of the hotel, leading the team to embark on a new chapter of development.

Josh is from Seoul, South Korea. Since starting his career at the Grand Hyatt Seoul in 2008, he has steadily advanced in the high-end hotel industry with his professional capabilities. In 2013, he joined Marriott International as the Cluster Director of Sales in Suzhou. Since then, he has held important management positions such as the Hotel Manager In-charge of the Marriott Executive Apartments Xi'an, accumulating rich operational management experience.

During his tenure as the General Manager of the Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel and the Lé Meridien Zhongshan Hotel, Josh demonstrated outstanding leadership skills. Not only did he precisely control the operational quality of the hotels, but he also promoted the enhancement of brand influence, successfully leading the hotels to win the "Best Brand Activation Award in Greater China 2023-2024". Before taking up his new position in Changsha, he was deeply involved in the opening preparations of the Marriott Hotel in Bac Ninh, Vietnam successfully, further confirming his exceptional capabilities and management experience in hotel opening preparations.

Outside of work, Josh is passionate about endurance challenges. Recently, he joined a full marathon and a 260-kilometer bicycle ride together, demonstrating his tenacious and enterprising personal traits.
