近日，三亚海棠湾君悦酒店宣布，雷恩先生于2025年10月9日起任职酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的整体运营管理，为酒店在海棠湾高端市场的发展注入新的活力。

雷恩先生是一位拥有超过30年国际酒店业经验的资深管理者，于1992年正式进入酒店业，加入首都半岛东方邮轮担任宴会经理。随后的16年里，雷恩先生在多家知名酒店积累了丰富的餐饮、宴会及管理经验，先后任职于：悉尼全日空酒店(现悉尼香格里拉大酒店)、悉尼双湾丽思卡尔顿酒店、悉尼威斯汀酒店(现悉尼富丽敦酒店)、迪拜One&Only皇家幻境豪华度假村酒店、墨尔本君悦酒店、澳大利亚昆士兰州库勒姆凯悦酒店、卡塔尔多哈丽思卡尔顿沙克别墅及度假村、上海浦东洲际酒店。2008年，雷恩先生晋升为大连洲际酒店的总经理，并于2011年调任三亚半山半岛洲际度假酒店。自2016年起，他担任三亚海棠湾皇冠假日度假酒店总经理，带领团队屡创佳绩。

Recently, Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay announced that Mr. Geoffrey Ryan was selection as General Manager of the hotel as of October 9, 2025. Taking fully responsibility for the hotel's overall operations and management, injecting new vitality into the hotel's development in the luxury market of Haitang Bay.

A seasoned hospitality leader with over 30 years of international experience, Mr. Ryan joined P&O Cruises in the capital in 1992 as a Banquet Manager. Over the subsequent 16 years, he progressed in F&B, catering, and management roles at ANA Hotel Sydney (now Shangri La Sydney); The Ritz-Carlton Sydney Double Bay; The Westin Sydney (now The Fullerton Hotel Sydney); One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai; Grand Hyatt Melbourne; Hyatt Regency Coolum in Queensland, Australia; Ritz-Carlton Sharq Villa & Spa in Doha, Qatar; and InterContinental Shanghai Pudong. In 2008, Geoffrey advanced to his inaugural General Manager role at InterContinental Dalian in China’s northeastern Liaoning province, moving in the same role to InterContinental Sanya Resort in 2011. Since 2016, he has led the team at Crowne Plaza Sanya Haitang Bay Resort.

Commenting on his return to Hyatt, Mr. Ryan stated: " I’m very excited to be returning to Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. My main goals are results and relationships, to achieve results, we need to care and respect each other. We need to be creative and have fun. We must be honest and show integrity and humility.”
