  近日,万豪国际集团正式任命赵芳女士(Ms. Joyce Zhao)担任成都W酒店总经理一职,全面负责酒店整体运营和管理。

  赵芳女士在酒店行业深耕逾二十载,职业足迹遍布行业多个关键领域——从多家高端酒店的开业筹备到奢华酒店运营管理,积累了丰富且多元化的管理经验。她曾在香格里拉酒店管理集团、四季酒店管理集团和万豪国际集团等知名酒店管理集团担任重要领导职务,足迹遍布中国多个重要城市上海、北京、广州、深圳、成都以及马来西亚、菲律宾等不同地区,展现出卓越的领导才能和运营管理能力。赵芳女士曾担任四季酒店集团亚太区的房务委员会成员之一,推动集团房务部的卓越运营和宾客体验。加入成都W酒店之前,赵芳女士担任三亚亚龙湾瑞吉度假酒店总经理一职,不仅带领团队屡创业绩新高,更深入践行瑞吉品牌“恪尽主人之礼,让每一天都优雅精致”的服务理念,她不仅成功巩固了酒店在市场中的领先地位,使其在激烈的竞争中始终屹立不倒,还精心雕琢每一个服务细节,为宾客缔造了瑞吉的非凡体验。她的杰出表现也赢得了业界的高度认可,荣获《悦游Condé Nast Traveler》杂志的赞誉,成为酒店行业当之无愧的璀璨明星。工作之余,她热爱旅行、运动,也喜欢与朋友共度美好时光。

  Marriott International has officially appointed Joyce Zhao as General Manager of W Chengdu, where she will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations and management.

  Joyce has dedicated over two decades to the hotel industry, with her professional journey spanning multiple key sectors—from the pre-opening of upscale hotels to the management of luxury hotels, amassing a wealth of diverse management experience. She has held significant leadership positions at renowned hotel groups such as Shangri-La, Four Seasons and Marriott International, working across major cities in China including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu, as well as in regions like Malaysia and the Philippines, demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational management capabilities. Joyce served as a member of the Rooms Council for Four Seasons in the Asia-Pacific region, driving the operational excellence and guest experience within the group's rooms division. Prior to joining W Chengdu, she was the General Manager of The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort, where she not only led her team to achieve record-breaking performance but also deeply embodied the St. Regis brand's promise statement: As St. Regis hosts, we make the everyday exquisite. She successfully solidified the hotel's leading market position, ensuring its resilience amidst fierce competition, while meticulously refining every service detail to create extraordinary experiences for guests.
