Kiko is an outstanding leader with nearly two decades of extensive experience in the hotel industry. She has accumulated rich operational and management expertise at two distinct hotel management groups: InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Powerlong Hotel Group. At IHG, she held key positions including Global Business Intelligence Application Consultant and Director of Finance Business Support & Continuous Improvement for Holiday Inn Express and franchised hotels in Greater China. This extraordinary resumehas endowed her with both broad and deep industry perspective and outstanding operational management capabilities. Immersed in IHG's mature and systematic standardized operational framework, she developed a profound understanding of the consistency requirements international brands demand regarding processes, quality, and guest experience. She excels at achieving efficient and precise operational control within extensive hotel networks. Furthermore, she accumulated substantial and unique experience in the franchised business, leading multiple brands to achieve significant improvements in financial and operational metrics. Additionally, her three-year tenure as Operations Director at Powerlong International Hotel Group fully showcased her exceptional innovation and adaptability.
