由国际知名酒店集团美诺酒店集团（Minor Hotels）与中国酒店企业凤悦酒店及度假村携手成立的合资公司——凤悦美诺（中国），近日正式宣布任命戴佳楷先生（Tom Tai）为公司总裁，任命于2026年1月4日正式生效。作为凤悦美诺（中国）总裁，戴佳楷先生将全面负责公司在大中华区包涵香港、澳门及台湾地区的整体运营管理与发展战略，持续推动公司的稳健增长与高质量发展。

戴佳楷先生在大中华区酒店运营与资产管理领域拥有超过二十年的丰富经验，在酒店全周期运营、资产增值及战略领导方面成绩斐然。加入凤悦美诺之前，他曾于万豪国际集团旗下多家酒店担任核心管理职务，后出任越秀商业地产酒店及公寓业务负责人，负责超过二十家国际品牌酒店的资产管理与运营监督，在提升高端酒店资产价值、优化投资回报及推动营收增长方面取得显著成果。

履新后，戴佳楷先生将重点推动凤悦美诺旗下奢华及高端品牌矩阵的持续完善与升级，把握战略增长机遇，深化重点市场布局，并进一步提升整体运营效率与服务品质，巩固凤悦美诺在大中华区的长期竞争优势。

戴佳楷先生表示：“凤悦美诺在中国市场的发展正进入加速兑现阶段。目前，中国区在运营及即将开业的19个项目，包括绍兴安纳塔拉酒店、成都西岭雪山安纳塔拉酒店、千岛湖及三亚安纳塔拉酒店，新疆伊宁缇沃丽及诺翰酒店、厦门缇沃丽及盛橡酒店，以及由安纳塔拉、诺翰酒店共同组成的安吉复合酒店群等，将成为未来一段时期的核心工作重点，我们将持续推进其高质量落地，并在开业后不断完善运营体系。

在稳步推动现有项目落地与运营成熟的基础上，我们将进一步结合凤悦在中国市场的开发、运营及本土资源整合优势，重点落地中端及精选服务品牌线，包括诺翰（NH）与盛橡（Oaks）等品牌，在中国核心城市持续布局，推动美诺酒店集团12条品牌线在中国市场实现更具规模与质量的协同发展。”

Funyard Minor China Appoints Tom Tai as President

Funyard Minor (China), the joint venture established by Minor Hotels, a leading international hotel group, and Funyard Hotels & Resorts, has officially announced the appointment of Mr. Tom Tai as President, effective 4 January 2026. In this role, Mr. Tai will have full responsibility for overseeing the operational management and long-term growth strategy of Funyard Minor across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Mr. Tai brings over 20 years of extensive experience in hotel operations and asset management across the Greater China region, with a proven track record in full-cycle hotel operations, asset value enhancement, and strategic leadership. Prior to joining Funyard Minor, he held senior management positions with Marriott International–affiliated hotels, and subsequently served as Head of Hotel and Apartment Business at Yuexiu Commercial Real Estate, where he took responsibility of a portfolio of more than 20 internationally branded hotels. In this capacity, he achieved notable results in enhancing asset value, optimizing investment returns, and driving sustainable revenue growth for high-end hotel assets.

Following his appointment, Mr. Tai will focus on further strengthening and refining Funyard Minor’s luxury and upscale brand portfolio, capturing strategic growth opportunities, deepening penetration in priority markets, and continuously improving overall operational efficiency and service quality, thereby reinforcing Funyard Minor’s long-term competitive position in Greater China.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Tai said:

“Funyard Minor’s development in China is now entering a phase of accelerated execution. At present, 19 projects that are already in operation or scheduled to open across China will form our core focus in the coming period. These include Anantara properties in Shaoxing, Chengdu Xiling Snow Mountain, Qiandao Lake and Sanya; Tivoli and NH hotels in Yining, Xinjiang; Tivoli and Oaks hotels in Xiamen; as well as the integrated Anji resort cluster featuring Anantara and NH Hotels. We will continue to drive the high-quality delivery of these projects and, following their opening, further strengthen operational systems to ensure long-term performance and value creation.

Building on the successful rollout and operational maturation of our existing portfolio, we will further leverage Funyard’s strengths in development, operations, and local market integration to accelerate the growth of midscale and select-service brands, including NH and Oaks, with a focused expansion strategy in China’s core cities. Through this approach, we aim to support the coordinated and high-quality development of Minor Hotels’ 12-brand portfolio in the China market.”
