廖洪伟先生来自成都，拥有超过26年的品牌酒店管理经验，其职业生涯包括万达、万豪、洲际、希尔顿等知名酒店管理集团。他曾在2015年至2020年担任内江富力万达嘉华酒店总经理，荣获内江市“优秀企业家”及万达酒店及度假村“优秀总经理”等多项殊荣。2020年至今，在广元富力万达嘉华酒店任职总经理期间，收入、利润两项最关键指标创造历史最高纪录，个人荣获万达酒店管理有限公司“优秀总经理”等荣誉，当选广元市利州区商会副会长、广元市利州区政协委员。这充分佐证其在复杂市场环境中驾驭运营、实现业绩目标的能力。

廖洪伟先生拥有扎实的专业背景，本科毕业于重庆师范大学旅游管理专业，硕士毕业于享有盛誉的香港理工大学酒店及旅游业管理专业。在其杰出的职业生涯中，足迹遍布上海、北京、重庆、成都、天津、郑州、东莞等多个城市。

Recently, Wanda Hotels & Resorts has officially appointed Mr. Rex Liao as Cluster General Manager of both Wanda Realm Guangyuan and Wanda Realm Neijiang,to be fully responsible for the operation and management of thesetwo hotels.

Mr. Rex Liao has been working for 26 years in international brand hotels. His career has spanned well-known hotel management groups such as Wanda Hotels & Resorts, Marriott, InterContinental, and Hilton. From 2015 to 2020, when he served as the General Manager of Wanda Realm Neijiang, he was honored with titles such as "Outstanding Entrepreneur" and "Outstanding General Manager" by Wanda Hotels & Resorts,etc. Since 2020, while serving as the General Manager of Wanda Realm Guangyuan, he was awarded "Outstanding General Manager" by Wanda Hotels & Resorts,etc.

Mr. Rex Liao has a solid professional background, with a bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Chongqing Normal University and a master's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has worked in multiple cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, and Dongguan.
