近日，广元富力万达嘉华酒店正式宣布任命曹凯先生为餐饮总监（兼管房务部），由其全面统筹酒店餐饮部与房务部的整体运营及日常管理工作。

曹凯先生拥有深厚的专业背景，毕业于南华大学生物医学工程专业，后于四川师范大学攻读并获得工商管理硕士学位。在酒店行业深耕的20年间，他曾在喜达屋集团任职7年，先后于艾美、喜来登等知名品牌担任前厅部经理，积累了丰富的国际品牌运营经验。2016年9月，曹凯先生加入内江富力万达嘉华酒店，在万达嘉华品牌体系内历练5年，凭借出色表现晋升为房务总监。2023年，他回归万达嘉华品牌，出任广元富力万达嘉华酒店房务副总监，全面负责前厅部、客房部管理及酒店服务质量把控工作。2025年2月起，曹凯先生在主持房务部工作的同时，开始全权接管餐饮部日常运营与管理，期间迅速推动餐饮部在多个领域取得显著突破，以实际业绩彰显了卓越的领导力与创新魄力。

Recently, Wanda Realm Guangyuanofficially announced the appointment of Mr. Cao Kai as Director of Food and Beverage (also manage Rooms Division), entrusting him with the overall coordination of the operation and daily management of both the Food and Beverage Department and the Rooms Division.

Mr. Cao Kai boasts a solid professional background. He graduated from the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Nanhua University and later pursued further studies at Sichuan Normal University, where he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree. With 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, he spent 7 years working at Starwood Hotels Group, holding the position of Front Office Manager at renowned brands such as Le Méridien and Sheraton, thus accumulating rich experience in international brand operation. In September 2016, Mr. Cao Kai joined Wanda Realm Neijiang. Having honed his skills within the Wanda Realm brand system for 5 years, he was promoted to Director of Rooms Division due to his outstanding performance. In 2023, he returned to the Wanda system and took up the post of Assistant Director of Rooms Division at Wanda Realm Guangyuan, being fully responsible for the management of the Front Office and Housekeeping Department as well as the control of the hotel's service quality. Since February 2025, while managing the Rooms Division, Mr. Cao Kai has also taken full charge of the daily operation and management of the Food and Beverage Department. During this period, he quickly drove the Food and Beverage Department to achieve remarkable breakthroughs in multiple fields, demonstrating his excellent leadership and innovative spirit through tangible results.
