近日，万豪国际集团正式任命吕燕女士出任义乌万豪酒店及义乌万豪行政公寓总经理，全面负责两家店的运营管理、品牌战略及市场发展工作。

　　吕燕女士拥有瑞士酒店管理大学酒店管理专业硕士MBA，深耕高端酒店行业二十余年，任职足迹遍布北京、马来西亚吉隆坡、杭州、苏州等地，拥有丰富的国际品牌酒店管理经验。

　　加入万豪前，她曾在香格里拉酒店集团担任房务总监、驻店经理等核心管理职务。履新前，她曾任苏州W酒店酒店经理，在奢华及高端生活方式酒店领域成绩卓著。

　　凭借专业的运营能力、创新的管理思维与出色的领导力，吕燕女士在奢华酒店运营、跨部门协同及新店筹备等方面均有出色表现，广受业界与宾客认可。

　　此次履新，吕燕女士将带领团队持续提升服务品质，践行双品牌价值，融合义乌城市活力与商业特色，为全球宾客打造卓越旅居体验。

　　Recently, Marriott International has officially appointed Ms. Akiko Lv as General Manager of Yiwu Marriott Hotel and Yiwu Marriott Executive Apartments, where she will be fully responsible for the overall operations management, brand strategy and business development of both properties.

　　Ms. Akiko Lv holds an MBA in Hotel Management from Swiss Hotel Management School. With more than 20 years of experience in the high-end hospitality industry, she has worked across key locations including Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Hangzhou and Suzhou, bringing with her extensive experience in international brand hotel management.

　　Prior to joining Marriott, she held key management positions at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, including Director of Rooms and Resident Manager. Before taking up her new role, she served as Hotel Manager at W Suzhou, with outstanding achievements in luxury and high-end lifestyle hospitality.

　　With professional operational capabilities, innovative management thinking and excellent leadership, Ms. Akiko Lv has delivered strong performance in luxury hotel operations, cross-departmental collaboration and new hotel pre-openings, earning wide recognition from the industry and guests.
