台州天台美爵酒店任命苏文瀚为副总经理
台州天台美爵酒店(Grand Mercure Taizhou Tiantai)近日宣布,正式委任苏文瀚(Jeffrey Su)先生为副总经理,本次任命将于2026年6月正式生效。酒店将依托苏文瀚先生丰富的行业阅历,持续提升酒店高端品牌质感。苏文瀚先生毕业于英国桑德兰大学和新加坡管理发展学院国际旅游酒店管理专业,拥有国际化酒店管理专业深造背景。
苏文瀚先生深耕高端酒店全维度发展赛道,拥有多个酒店集团高端酒店市场与品牌运营经验。曾先后任职于香格里拉、喜达屋、万豪、洲际、雅高、万达、碧桂园凤悦、新加坡喜马拉雅等八大国际及头部酒店集团。积淀了新店筹开、品牌焕新、收益提质、数字创新及高端跨界合作的丰富经验。与台州天台美爵酒店渊源深厚,早期入职即担任酒店市场销售总监,筹备期间全面搭建酒店全渠道业务体系,夯实本地文旅市场根基;升任副总经理后,将统筹客房、餐饮、收益、成本等多元一体化经营管理。将继续深谙高端商旅客群的旅居诉求与品质期待,在品牌影响力塑造与销售业绩增长上持续发力,稳步提升酒店区域市场排名与品牌竞争力。

Grand Mercure Taizhou Tiantai is delighted to announce the official appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Su (Su Wenhan) as Deputy General Manager, with the appointment taking effect in June 2026. Drawing on Mr. Su’s extensive industry expertise, the hotel will continuously elevate its premium brand positioning.
Mr. Su holds academic credentials in International Tourism & Hospitality Management from the University of Sunderland and Management Development Institute of Singapore, equipping him with an internationally-focused professional background in hotel management.
With a proven track record spanning all facets of upscale hotel development, Mr. Su boasts rich experience in brand marketing and operations for premium properties across eight leading global and domestic hotel groups, namely Shangri-La, Starwood, Marriott, InterContinental, Accor, Wanda Hotels Group, Himalaya Residences, Funyard Hotels & Resorts. He has accumulated comprehensive expertise in hotel pre-opening, brand revitalization, revenue optimization, digital innovation and high-end cross-industry partnerships.
Mr. Su shares a long-standing bond with Grand Mercure Taizhou Tiantai. Upon his initial engagement with the hotel, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing. During the pre-opening phase, he fully established the hotel’s full-channel business system and laid a solid foundation for its local cultural tourism market. Following his promotion to Deputy General Manager, he will oversee integrated operational management covering rooms, food & beverage, revenue and cost control. Possessing an in-depth understanding of the travel demands and quality expectations of high-end business guests, he will keep advancing brand influence and sales performance, steadily lifting the hotel’s regional market ranking and brand competitiveness.
