希尔顿集团正式任命黎燕燕女士担任常熟龙腾希尔顿酒店总经理一职。

黎燕燕女士来自中国香港，是一位资深且充满热情的专业酒店管理者，在近三十年的酒店职业生涯中，她的足迹遍布香港、上海、天津、宁波、苏州、武汉、泉州及郑州等多个城市，先后于希尔顿酒店管理集团担任多个高级管理职务。黎燕燕女士在市场战略、收益管理、餐饮创新、宾客满意度、人才培养及酒店运营等方面展现出了非凡的领导力和洞察力，对酒店行业有着独到深刻的见解。

黎燕燕女士拥有丰富且扎实的餐饮经验，曾作为希尔顿大中华及蒙古区中餐工作小组的先锋引领者以及工作事务主持者，注重细节，善于站在客人的角度感同身受，敢于创新，为希尔顿的餐饮发展注入了源源不断的新动力。在任职希尔顿福建区域酒店总经理、希尔顿安徽湖南湖北河南区域酒店总经理一职期间，她带领区域内各家酒店一路蓬勃发展，将区域综合业绩提高到了新的高度。

Ms. Dianna Lai was officially appointed as General Manager of Hilton Changshu.Comes from Hong Kong, China, she is a proven experienced, passionate and professional hotelier in the hospitality industry, in her more than 30 years ’ hotel career, Ms. Lai  has  held  senior  management  positions  in  Hilton  in  Hong  Kong,  Shanghai,  Tianjin, Ningbo, Suzhou, Wuhan, Quanzhou and Zhengzhou.  Her solid and diversified experience has  endowed  herself  with  prominent  leadership  skills,  insight  and unique views about market strategy, revenue  management,   F&B innovation, guestsatisfaction, talent development and hotel operations and management.

Ms. Dianna Lai has rich and solid F&B experience, as the pioneer and chair lady of Hilton GCM Chinese Restaurant working group, she always pays attention to details and is good at empathizing with customers' wants and needs. She is innovate and open to new trends, which has injected a steady flow of new power into Hilton F&B development.

Ms. Lai was served as the Area GM of Anhui/Hunan/Hubei and Henan Province and GM of Hilton Zhengzhou; and held the position of Area GM of Fujian Province.  During her tenure, though COVID- 19 has brought huge impact on hotel industry, the hotels under  Ms.  Lai’s area  still  gained  significant  growth  and  many  new  records  were  set  with  her  excellent leadership and teamwork spirit, which to further expand the market appeal and influence of the Area.

There is a saying: females are as excellent as their male peers. As one of the few female General Managers of Hilton, the charm and advantages of female leadership are fullyreflected in Ms. Lai. She is courageous, but also delicate and gentle. Because of this, she has led the team to make many achievements along the way.
