凯悦酒店集团任命高敬祎先生Mr,Alan Gao为苏州凯悦酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营和管理工作。

回溯职业历程，高敬祎先生的酒店从业经验可追溯至1995年，其职业生涯起点为北京半岛酒店，积累了扎实的行业洞察与实战经验。2010年，他加入苏州洲际酒店，在随后15年的深耕中，凭借对餐饮运营的精准把控、团队管理的卓越能力，逐步成长为酒店核心管理力量，并于2022年成功擢升为行政助理经理，为酒店业绩增长与服务品质提升作出重要贡献。

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has appointed Mr. Gao Jingyi as the General Manager of Hyatt Regency Suzhou.

We are delighted to congratulate Mr. Alan Gao and announce his selection as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Suzhou in China's eastern Jiangsu province.

Alan grew up in Beijing and felt drawn to the hotel industry, as he enjoys getting involved and experiencing variety in his day. "I enjoy hands on work and prefer tasks that are not repetitive."

Alan commenced his hospitality career in 1995 as a commis at The Peninsula Beijing. After years of accumulating experience in F&B and management, he advanced to the position of Head Pâtissier.

In 2010, he joined InterContinental Suzhou as an Executive Pastry Chef. Over the following 15  years, he went on to move up in F&B and leadership-focused positions，and has held the role of Executive Assistant Manager since 2022.

"I plan to align the team's daily work with Hyatt values and the owner's objectives," says Alan, succinctly, of his inaugural General Manager role.
