近日，希尔顿集团宣布王进超女士(Alice Wang)已正式被任命为上海城中希尔顿酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的整体运营与管理工作。

　　王进超女士拥有超过二十五年的酒店从业经验，自2010年加入希尔顿集团并担任商务总监以来，便开启了其在集团的职业旅程。她的足迹遍及广州等多个核心市场，并自2016年起出任总经理，2021 年晋升为希尔顿福建区域总经理，成为集团内为数不多的中国籍女性区域总经理之一。

　　Hilton Hotels & Resorts has officially appointed Ms. Alice Wang as the General Manager of Hilton Shanghai City Center, where she will be fully responsible for the hotel’s overall operations and management.

　　Ms. Wang brings with her over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She began her journey with Hilton in 2010 as Commercial Director and has since held leadership roles across several key markets, including Guangzhou. In 2016, she was appointed General Manager and was promoted in 2021 to Area General Manager of Fujian, becoming one of the few Chinese female Area GMs within Hilton.

　　Throughout her tenure, Ms. Wang has demonstrated sharp market insight and an efficient, pragmatic leadership style. Under her guidance, teams have consistently delivered strong revenue performance and high guest satisfaction.
