With over 17 years of human resources management experience in the luxury hotel sector, Ms. Elena Xiu is a seasoned HR expert possessing strategic vision and strong business acumen. She has dedicated eleven years of her career to the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), where she held senior management positions. Equipped with a comprehensive perspective spanning from frontline operations to strategic leadership, she has a proven track record in successfully managing complex transitions such as hotel pre-openings, brand conversions, and rebranding. Her outstanding strategic leadership and deep industry insight have delivered remarkable results across various complex HR challenges, particularly in areas such as labor cost optimization and core talent pipeline development.
