上海虹桥绿地世界中心酒店群任命毛良臣为综合体酒店餐饮部总监
近日,上海虹桥绿地世界中心酒店群任命毛良臣(Kevin Mao)先生为综合体酒店餐饮总监,负责上海虹桥绿地铂瑞酒店、上海虹桥绿地铂瑞公寓及上海虹桥绿地铂骊酒店餐饮部的整体运作,同时统筹宴会团队工作,带领团队进一步升级会议、活动及婚礼服务品质。
作为上海本地人,毛良臣先生拥有超过20 多年丰富的国际酒店管理经验。职业生涯中,他先后深耕洲际、万豪、雅高等国际高端酒店品牌,不仅在酒店筹开与日常运营管理领域积累了深厚实战经验,更曾执掌米其林星级餐厅管理工作,练就了对餐饮品质的极致把控力。在此任命之前,毛良臣先生已在酒店餐饮管理领域形成一套成熟、系统的方法论,且始终将“有心有爱” 作为核心客户服务理念,贯穿于每一次服务优化与团队管理中。

Recently, Greenland World Center Hotels appointed Mr. Kevin Mao as Cluster Director of Food and Beverage. In this role, he will oversee F&B operations at Primus Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao, Primus Residence Shanghai Hongqiao, and The QUBE Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao, and lead the banquet team to enhance conference, event and wedding service quality.
A native of Shanghai, Mr. KevinMao has over 20 years of extensive experience in international hotel management. Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned premium hotel brands including IHG, Marriott and Accor. He has accumulated profound practical experience in hotel pre-opening projects and daily operation management, and manage Michelin-starred chain restaurants—honing his strong ability to control F&B quality. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Kevin Mao had developed a mature, systematic methodology in hotel F&B management, and always adhered to the core customer service philosophy of "with HEART and LOVE", integrating it into all service optimization and team management work.
Beyond work, Mr. Kevin Mao’s diverse hobbies add unique vitality to his service philosophy: he draws service and management insights from reading, understands guests’ diverse needs through traveling, and hones stress resistance and innovation via go-karting. These experiences help him integrate "WARMTH" and "CREATIVITY" into F&B services, delivering more emotionally resonant guest experiences.
