徐皓淳先生将与管理团队紧密合作，推动集团在中国区的轻资产战略发展。随着集团业务的持续增长，他深厚的行业知识将发挥巨大价值。

在加入香格里拉集团之前，徐皓淳先生曾担任华住集团联席首席运营官，在资产组合扩张、产品开发及运营方面发挥了关键作用。

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Xu Hao Chun will join the Group Executive Committee of Shangri-La Group as Chief Officer, New Development, China, effective 10 October 2025. Xu will report directly to Kuok Hui Kwong.

Xu wil lwork closely with me and the seniormanagement team to drive our asset-light strategy in China. His deep industry knowledge will be invaluable aswe continue to grow our business.

Prior to joining Shangri-La, Xu served as Co-Chief Operating Officer ofthe H World Group Limited (HuaZhu) where he played a pivotal role in portfolio expansion, product development, and operations.
