近日，万豪国际酒店集团任命白民秀(Matthieu Bertho) 先生为上海静安瑞吉酒店总经理。自2026年1月9日起，他将全面负责酒店各部门的运营管理及全维度监督工作。

白民秀先生拥有逾二十年奢华酒店管理经验，其酒店职业生涯始于成都凯宾斯基酒店。凭借卓越的领导能力与敏锐的行业洞察力，他先后任职于凯悦酒店集团、四季酒店集团、费尔蒙酒店集团及璞丽酒店等多个国际高端酒店品牌，深耕运营管理核心岗位，工作足迹覆盖中国、印度尼西亚、法国等多个国家和地区，积淀了丰富的跨区域奢华酒店运营经验。

加入上海静安瑞吉酒店前，白民秀先生担任上海璞丽酒店总经理。任职期间，他凭借前瞻性战略眼光与对奢华酒店服务的深刻洞悉，进一步升华了该酒店“都会桃源”的核心定位，赢得了业界同仁与宾客的双重赞誉。

The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Matthieu Bertho as General Manager, effective January 9th, 2026.

Beginning his exceptional career in hospitality as Restaurant Manager, Mr. Bertho is a seasoned global hospitality leader with over 22 years of experience managing luxury hotels across China, Indonesia and France with brands including Kempinski, Hyatt, Four Seasons, Fairmont and PuLi. 

Prior to joining The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan, he served as General Manager of The PuLi Shanghai, where he successfully reinforced the hotel's unique positioning as Shanghai's "urban resort" and earned high recognition from both industry peers and discerning guests.
